Talent Battery combines trusted learning materials with AI to create personalized learning experiences grounded in the content learners actually need to master.

As learners answer questions, work through concepts, and interact with the platform, Talent Battery builds a growing picture of their understanding—identifying strengths, knowledge gaps, misconceptions, and areas where additional practice may be needed.

Then it adaptively reroutes the learning experience.

A learner struggling with a concept may receive a different explanation, example, question, or level of difficulty. A learner who demonstrates mastery can move forward rather than spending time reviewing material they already understand.

The Team Behind Talent Battery

Talent Battery began with a problem that was deeply personal to our founder, Dax Hill: watching her own children, both diagnosed with ADHD, navigate educational systems that weren't always designed around how they learned.

But the more she explored the problem, the bigger it became.

Every learner—not only those with a diagnosis—can encounter a moment when the way something is being taught simply isn't the way they need to encounter it to understand. And those moments don't end when we leave school. They follow us into college, professional certifications, new careers, and a lifetime of learning.

Talent Battery was born from a simple question: What if technology could recognize when understanding breaks down—and help find a better route forward?

Throughout her career, Dax has led product and transformation initiatives inside one of the world's largest financial institutions, including work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, emerging technology, digital products, and human-centered design. She has built and led multidisciplinary teams, taken new ideas from concept to implementation, and introduced new technologies into complex, highly regulated environments.

Talent Battery brings those experiences together around a problem she cares deeply about: helping people reach understanding faster.
